KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow relationships with BaaS clients, fintechs, corporates and strategic partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and ensure a high-quality client experience.
Understand client business needs and recommend relevant banking and BaaS solutions.
Drive onboarding, implementation and ongoing account management for clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and business growth.
Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance and Risk teams.
Monitor client performance, transaction volumes, and usage trends.
Analyze account data and provide insights that improve client engagement and business outcomes.
Prepare account reviews, performance reports and client updates.
Stay informed on developments in fintech, payments and digital banking Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of the BaaS portfolio.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Technology or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years' experience in account management, relationship management, business development or client success.
Experience in BaaS, fintech, banking, payments or financial technology will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of digital financial products and customer journeys.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

BA/BSc/HND
