The agreement between you and RezSync.Plain English where the law allows it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and RezSync Africa("RezSync", "we", "us") covering everything we offer: rezsync.com, the dashboard at dashboard.rezsync.com, RezSync Jobs, RezSync Algo (including the downloadable app and Managed RezSyncIQ), and any related APIs or content.

By creating an account, downloading the Algo app, or using any part of the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use RezSync. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Used throughout these Terms:

• Service: rezsync.com, the dashboard, RezSync Jobs, RezSync Algo, Managed RezSyncIQ, and related APIs.
• Account: the credentials and profile we issue you on the dashboard.
• Content: anything you upload or generate through the Service — for example, your resume, cover letters, Scout Cycle preferences, settings.json values, and decision logs.
• Application Control: the dashboard toggle that governs whether RezSync Jobs may submit job applications on your behalf.
• BYOM: Bring Your Own Model. Running RezSync Algo with your own model provider keys.
• Managed RezSyncIQ: the optional paid layer in which RezSync hosts the model path used by RezSync Algo.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration details and keeping them current.
• Keeping your password and any API tokens secret. Don't share credentials.
• All activity on your account, including activity by anyone you give access to.
• Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One person, one account. You may not create accounts on someone else's behalf, scrape the Service to create them, or trade or sell accounts.

RezSync Jobs scans listings, tailors resumes and cover letters, and submits applications on your behalf. By using the feature, you authorize us to act as your agent in transmitting these documents to third-party employers.

Your control

Application Control governs the entire automation. When set to Paused, no applications are sent on your behalf — full stop. You can pause and resume at any time and the change is immediate.

When we will and won't submit applications

We submit on your behalf only when all three are true:

• your account is active and in good standing,
• Application Control is set to Active, and
• the role matches your Scout Cycle preferences.

We do not guarantee a specific number of applications, interviews, or offers. Throughput depends on your plan, market conditions, and the listings available at any given time.

Your responsibility for application content

The information you provide (resume, work history, claims, contact details) must be true. You are responsible for the accuracy of every application sent under your name. If a tailored cover letter misrepresents you, you can edit, regenerate, or pause before submission.

RezSync Algo is software for analysis, automation, and forward testing on the cTrader platform. We are not a broker, investment adviser, financial adviser, or portfolio manager, and the Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

Risk acknowledgement

Trading financial instruments carries risk and can result in partial or total loss of capital. By using RezSync Algo you acknowledge:

• RezSync Algo is a decision-support and automation tool. It is not a managed account, copy-trading service, signal subscription, investment recommendation, or promise that a trade should be taken.
• Losses can be caused by automation, market volatility, slippage, liquidity, broker outages, data quality, model output, configuration errors, or your own decisions.
• The intended path is to forward-test on a cTrader demo account first. Enabling live trading, choosing a risk profile, connecting a broker, and allocating capital are entirely your decisions.
• We do not guarantee profits, performance, accuracy, uptime, trade execution, expectancy, win rate, loss avoidance, or suitability for your situation.
• AI and model outputs can be incomplete, delayed, wrong, unparseable, or unsuitable for current market conditions. You are responsible for reviewing logs, settings, confirmations, broker account state, open positions, and any orders sent through your connected account.
• Pre-release, beta, or forward-testing features may be incomplete, may change without notice, and may fail in ways that affect decisions or execution.
• You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, broker terms, exchange rules, and model-provider terms that apply to your use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezSync Africa is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, drawdowns, liquidation, margin calls, broker fees, tax consequences, regulatory consequences, or other financial outcomes arising from your use of RezSync Algo.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to break the law, harass others, or distribute malicious code.
• Misrepresent yourself in applications, falsify credentials, or apply to roles you have no intent to consider.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service, except where the law expressly permits it.
• Probe, scan, or test the Service for vulnerabilities outside our published security disclosure process.
• Resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service to scrape job-board content or evade a third party's rate limits or terms.
• Run automated load against our APIs beyond the documented rate limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or place others at risk.

Our IP

The Service and everything in it (other than your Content) — the code, design, brand, logos, copy, models, prompts, and documentation — is owned by RezSync Africa or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and related laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right in our marks.

Your Content

You keep ownership of your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display your Content for the limited purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, sending your tailored resume to an employer you authorized).

We do not use your Content to train foundation models. Aggregated and anonymized usage statistics may be used to improve the product.

Current pricing is published on the RezSync Jobs pricing and RezSync Algo pricing pages. By subscribing, you agree to those amounts.

• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Paystack. Your card and bank details are handled by them under their security standards; we never store them.
• You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case-by-case. Contact billing@rezsync.com within 14 days of a charge if something is wrong.
• We may change pricing for new billing periods with at least 14 days' notice by email.

We aim to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, outages, third-party provider failures, or force majeure can cause downtime.

We may modify, add, or discontinue features, including beta features, with or without notice. Where a change materially reduces a paid feature, we will give reasonable advance notice and offer a pro-rated credit or refund where appropriate.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law — express, implied, or statutory — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RezSync Africa is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising out of or relating to the Service.

Our aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold RezSync Africa, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

• your breach of these Terms,
• your misuse of the Service, including misrepresentation in any application submitted via RezSync Jobs,
• your violation of any law or third-party right, including broker, exchange, or model-provider terms.
• trading activity, account losses, disputes with brokers or model providers, or screenshots/logs you submit to us that contain sensitive information you failed to remove.

We will tell you promptly about any claim we tender to you, and you will not settle any claim that admits fault on our behalf without our written consent.

You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account from Settings → Account → Delete. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if continued access would expose RezSync or others to risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to fix the issue first.

Provisions that are meant to survive termination — including IP, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnification, and dispute resolution — survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator at the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA), in English. Either party may seek interim relief from a court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

You and RezSync each waive any right to participate in a class action against the other; disputes are resolved on an individual basis.

When we make material changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify active users by email at least 30 days before the new version takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Minor edits (typos, clarifications without policy changes) are published without notice but are always reflected in the "Last updated" date.

• Severability. If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• Entire agreement. These Terms (with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms we link from them) are the full agreement between you and RezSync about the Service.
• Notices. We send notices to the email on your account. You can reach us at the address below.
