A personal automation company
Software for people who run
their own income.
RezSync builds two products. One handles your job search end to end. The other handles the mechanical layer of trading. Both do the repetitive work so you can stay on the decisions that actually move your week.
The product family
Pick the workflow you want automated.
RezSync Jobs
Job search handled end to end, from matching to submitting.
RezSync Algo
A downloadable trading engine for disciplined forward testing.
Two products. One goal: income you control.
Separate logins, separate journeys.
Same team behind both.
A job tool and a trading tool, from the same company.
The two products look unrelated until you realise the people using them are usually after the same thing.
Most people who land on RezSync are working towards the same goal in the end — income they actually have a say over. A better job covers the obvious half. The other half, for the people who want it, is figuring out whether disciplined trading can become a real second source.
RezSync Jobs is for the first half. It does the search, tailoring, and applying so your time goes into the interviews and the offers you want to say yes to.
RezSync Algo is for the second — and only the second. It is a downloadable trading engine with the controls visible: demo first, risk profile in writing, every signal logged. We do not pitch it as easy money or a side hustle. Trading carries real risk, and if that is not the path for you, just use Jobs.
Same company because the same person often ends up needing both.
Pick the one that fits your week.
If you're hunting for a job, start with Jobs. If you're testing trading strategies, start with Algo. They're separate products for separate people — you don't need one to use the other.
RezSync Jobs
Automated job search for people who would rather spend their time preparing for interviews than filling out forms.
RezSync Algo
A downloadable trading engine — structured AI analysis, risk-aware execution, demo forward testing before anything goes live.
Three things we won't do — proven on both products.
Automation only works if you actually trust what it's doing. Each rule below shows up the same way in Jobs and Algo — same discipline, two domains.
We won't run anything without your go.
The on-switch belongs to the user. Full stop.
A single Application Control toggle pauses every submission. No "are you sure" loops, no delays.
Demo mode is the default; live trading requires explicit configuration. The agent prefers hold when conditions are unclear.
We won't hide what the software did.
Every automated action is on the record.
Your dashboard shows application activity and the role context behind it, so the automation is reviewable instead of hidden.
Every AI decision is a structured JSON object with reasoning, validation status, and the risk envelope it was evaluated against — logged to disk.
We won't put fake numbers on this site.
If we can't back it, we don't say it.
No invented user counts. The Success Stories page is empty on purpose until real opt-in stories exist.
No promised returns, no fabricated win-rates, no stock testimonials. If the AI provider fails, the engine abstains — it doesn't fake a default.
