Short (60 words)

RezSync Jobs is a Kenyan job-search service. It matches job seekers to open roles, writes a cover letter for each from their CV, and sends the application from the job seeker's own email address, with a log of everything sent and a switch to pause it. It has a free plan; paid plans start at $2 a month, payable by M-PESA.

Long (120 words)

RezSync Jobs is built by RezSync Africa Limited, a Nairobi company incorporated in May 2025. Most Kenyan employers still hire by email ("send your CV to..."), which makes applying slow and repetitive. RezSync collects advertised roles from employer sites and job boards, matches them to a job seeker's search and CV, checks each role is a genuine fit, then prepares and sends a tailored application from the candidate's own email address. Candidates see every application and can pause at any time. RezSync does not promise jobs: it gives job seekers more applications for less effort, and employers decide who they interview.

Usage figures above are from 19 October 2026. The job-listing count is live. Company: RezSync Africa Limited, Nairobi, Kenya. Also operating in Ghana.

Stories we can help with.

Applications from your own inbox

For Gmail users, applications go out from their own address, not a platform one, so employers' replies come straight back to them. Google reviewed and approved the access in September 2026.

What Kenya's job adverts say

RezSync publishes a free, daily-updated analysis of Kenya's advertised jobs: how concentrated hiring is in Nairobi, how rare remote work is on paper, and how few listings are open to students and graduates.

Automation that says no

Before anything is sent, a fit check stops applications that plainly do not fit, such as a nurse being put forward for a dentist's role. Volume matters, but not at the cost of a candidate's reputation.

Priced for Kenyan job seekers
