The Depot In-Charge is responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the depot.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2-4 years of experience in depot, warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
Experience in supervising and managing operational staff.
Good knowledge of inventory andwarehouse management procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant inventory management systems.
Good understanding of occupational health and safety requirements.
Experience in fleet or transport coordination is an added advantage.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
Inventory accuracy and stock control.
Timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
Reduction of stock losses, damages, and discrepancies.
Depot cleanliness, safety, and security.
Staff productivity and attendance.
Timely submission and accuracy of operational reports.
Compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Efficient utilization of depot resources.
