Key Responsibilities
Manage the company’s accounts receivable and credit-control function.
Monitor customer accounts, outstanding invoices and ageing balances.
Drive timely collection of outstanding debts and improve cash flow.
Resolve billing, payment and account discrepancies.
Prepare receivables reports and provide regular updates to management.
Work with Accounts and Commercial teams on customer credit matters.
Requirements
HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
ACCA, CIMA, ICA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control or collections.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivables processes.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Accounting/ERP systems.
Strong Knowledge of Excel
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Female candidates are preferred.
