Key Responsibilities
Attend to students, parents, clients, and visitors.
Handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain student/client records and update CRM.
Follow up on leads, payments, documents, and applications.
Support daily administrative activities.
Requirements
HND/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ administrative experience
Educational consultancy, admissions, customer service, or travel experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and Canva
Excellent communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
