We are looking for a young and dynamic person for a position of Assistant Executive in our Kaizen Promotion office at our factory in Nakuru.

The Basic eligibilities are as under.

Minimum Qualification-FORM FOUR MEAN GRADE C AND ABOVE

Age- Below 30 years

Experience- 1 to2 years preferred with any manufacturing process

Knowledge of Kaizen Methodology – TWI (JI,JR,JM), 5S, Autonomous Maintenance will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

Experience- 1 to2 years preferred with any manufacturing process

Knowledge of Kaizen Methodology – TWI (JI,JR,JM), 5S, Autonomous Maintenance will be an added advantage.

Should be proficient in Computer application with Sound knowledge ofMS word, Excel, Power point,

Self Driven, Confident and ready to accept the Challenges

Should be having the leadership, Team building and decision making capabilities

Should be having effective verbal and non verbal communication skills

Should be able to motivate and lead the team

Should be able to overcome the problems positively even in adverse and stressful conditions

Should be analytical, innovative and creative with a ability to handle the problems withSMARTapproach.
