Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on baking experience.
Experience in a bakery, café, restaurant.
Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking, and production.
Strong attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.
Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable, hardworking, and self-driven.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
