Collaboration with teams in Kenya, India & the Philippines

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop 3 Team Leaders and indirectly manage a team of 30–35 employees.
Drive revenue, sales targets, and conversion rates.
Manage and optimize the full B2C sales funnel.
Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies.
Build a strong, results-driven sales culture.
Requirements
:
3+ years of Sales Leadership experience.
Proven experience leading large sales teams and managing Team Leaders.
Strong B2C and Inside Sales experience.
Experience managing revenue targets, KPIs, and sales performance.
Advanced English C1, required.
Strong leadership, coaching, and analytical skills.
