QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years’ experience in SME Business Loans or related lending operations.
Computer literate with good reporting and analytical skills.
Strong experience in loan appraisal, disbursement, collections and portfolio management, with the ability to maintain a low PAR.
Proven experience managing a team of at least 7 staff members.
Good understanding of SME Business loan processes, customer due diligence and loan recovery.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND
