REQUIREMENTS
Lead branch operations and team performance
Drive customer acquisition, lending and portfolio growth
Manage loan performance, repayments and collections
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Ensure compliance with policies and credit procedures
Identify business opportunities and achieve branch targets
RESPONSIBILITIES
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
3-5 years' experience in microfinance, banking or financial services
Proven experience in branch management, lending and collections
Strong leadership, business development and customer relationship skills
Target-driven with strong analytical and communication abilities
