Role Purpose
The Building Manageris responsible forthe day-to-day management, maintenance, tenant relations, and financial administration of Gada Investments' property portfolio. The role ensures that buildings are wellmaintained, tenants receive excellent service, rent is collected on time, and all facilitiesoperatesafely and efficiently.
The Building Manager is the "caretaker of the asset" — protecting both tenant satisfaction and the long-term value of the property.
