Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Marketing Strategy
CIM, MBA, or other professional marketing qualifications are an added advantage
5-8 years of FMCG marketing experience, including at least 3 years in Brand or Category Management
Experience in the Hygiene, Beverages, or Food & Snacks sectors is highly preferred
Strong understanding of traditional and modern trade channels and trade marketing
Proven experience developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional projects
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial decision-making skills
Knowledge of pricing strategy, portfolio management, BI tools, digital marketing platforms, and SAP S/4HANA is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute category marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
Lead brand positioning and deliver ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing campaigns
Drive in-store activations and collaborate with Sales and RTM teams to improve product visibility and market performance Support new product launches and portfolio development through cross-functional collaboration
Monitor category performance, market share, pricing, promotions, and marketing ROI
Prepare business reviews and leverage consumer insights to drive continuous improvement
