About The Role

As CFO, you'll oversee financial planning, regulatory compliance, investor relations, and strategic financial growth for Cornerstone.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage comprehensive financial strategies

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations

Ensure regulatory compliance across all financial operations

Manage financial risk and treasury operations

You'll Thrive Here If You

10+ years of financial management experience

CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification

Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services

Strong knowledge of Ghanaian and West African financial regulations

Track record with fundraising and investor relations

Bonus Points

Startup or early-stage company experience

Experience with mobile money ecosystems

International finance exposure
