Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, monitor and inspect contractor activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications and contract requirements.
Monitor construction quality and progress, raising concerns immediately were work deviates from contract requirements or high-quality standards.
Verify contract compliance, including specified tests and correct installation of materials and equipment.
Prepare site reports covering progress, safety issues, delays and third-party inspections.
Inspect workmanship and construction practices on assigned works.
Maintain organized site records, including contract documents, change orders, drawings, samples, meeting reports, and payment requests.
Coordinate with the Architect/Engineer during final inspections and documentation reviews at project completion.
Perform additional duties related to construction supervision as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma in any of the following fields; Building and Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or Real Estate Management.
A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, meet timelines and perform under pressure.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving and project management abilities.
Innovative, solution-oriented and able to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
