Client Service Manager / Procurement & Contracts Coordinator

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Support client onboarding activities and ensure a seamless experience for new and existing clients
Manage contracts, waivers, documentation, and client records while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Coordinate procurement processes, including quote tracking, approvals, order follow-up, and vendor communication
Monitor inventory, maintain inventory records, support audits, and assist with inventory organization and management
Coordinate internal communication, dispatch-related follow-up, workflow documentation, and operational support across departments
Collaborate closely with leadership, service teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects and client needs move forward efficiently
