Financial Literacy:
Quick to understand loan documentation, asset verification (logbooks), and basic pre-screening rules.
Time Management:
Highly organized individuals capable of managing their own daily field schedules and pipeline without supervision.
Experience:
Prior experience in commission-based sales, insurance, microfinance, or banking is a major advantage.
