KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, or a related field.
Demonstrated passion for community engagement, child protection, gender equality, and social justice.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report-writing skills.
Willingness to travel and work within communities across Nakuru County.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisiplinary teams.
