Team leadership – lead, coach and develop the local team across sales, credit,collections, operations and customer service; recruit key talent.
Operations management – oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes,strong internal controls and excellent customer experience.
Stakeholder & partner management – build and maintain relationships with partners,dealers, regulators, banks and other key stakeholders.
Compliance & governance – ensure full compliance with Ugandan legislation,licensing requirements and Group policies (incl. AML/KYC).
Reporting & analytics – deliver accurate and timely reporting to Groupmanagement; translate data into decisions and action plans.
Business development – identify and develop new products, channels and marketopportunities.
