Experience in a café, restaurant, bakery or similar customer-facing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
Strong problem-solving and complaint-handling skills.
Good POS and basic computer skills.
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
