About the Role:
As a Tire Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors. You’ll assist with inquiries related to specific tires or existing orders across multiple channels
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails professionally
Assist with tire-related inquiries and order support
Transition smoothly between communication channels
Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems
Collaborate with team leads and escalate issues when needed
Meet performance KPIs and adhere to schedules
What We’re Looking For:
6–12 months of customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiastic problem-solver with a growth mindset
Sales/retention experience is a plus
Spanish language skills are a bonus
