Diploma/Degree in Data Analysis, Statistics, IT, Business or related field
1-2 years in data analysis/reporting
Advanced Excel; formulas, PivotTables, data cleaning, analytical and reporting skills, accuracy, ability to interpret sales, stock and business data.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean and organize company data.
Prepare regular sales, stock and performance reports.
Analyze trends and variances; create excel summaries and dashboards.
Verify data accuracy; Assist departments with data requirements.
Highlight unusual trends or discrepancies to management.
