Our client, a specialist risk management and consultancy firm operating across Kenya, is seeking a

Data Entry & Monitoring Clerk

to support its 24/7 operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational systems, identifying and escalating incidents, maintaining accurate data, and supporting the timely flow of information to clients and relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor operational and tracking systems, identify incidents or potential risks, and prepare clear and timely alerts for escalation.

Collate, process, and analyze current information to support the preparation and dissemination of daily operational reports and updates.

Maintain daily oversight of tracking platforms and other electronic systems used within the Operations Centre.

Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other operational systems in line with established procedures.

Handle incoming calls and client enquiries professionally, ensuring information and requests are directed to the appropriate personnel.

Support 24/7 client operations by relaying incidents, information requests, and operational updates to the relevant authorities or stakeholders.

Maintain strict confidentiality of client and operational information while carrying out additional duties as required to support the Operations Centre.

Key Qualifications

Bachelors/diploma, in computer studies or a relevant course.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Kiswahili; knowledge of Somali, French, or Arabic will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to assess information accurately.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Ability to work variable shifts as part of a

24/7 operation
