Role Objective
Our client is hiring a results-driven Client Relationship and Sales Executive to grow the business portfolio and manage long-term client engagements. The candidate will drive revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing prospective clients, and managing existing account relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and pitch services/products to potential corporate and individual clients in Kenya through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts; monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure high renewal/retention rates.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly gross sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Understand client operations and pain points to introduce additional company offerings and expand contract values.
Gather market insights, track competitor activity, and share actionable trends with upper management.
Maintain accurate client logs, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasts using the company CRM.
Perform any other relevant duty assigned.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
4 years of proven experience in B2B, account management, or business development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Competencies
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
Strong persuasion, closing, and contract negotiation skills.
Strong Sales and Marketing Skills.
