Qualifications & Experience
Dental degree (BDS, DDS or DMD) from an accredited institution Valid practicing license, active and in good standing with the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council
Minimum 2-3 years’ clinical experience in general dentistry Current BLS certification
Postgraduate or specialist training (eg. orthodontics) an added advantage
Experience in restorative procedures, extractions and root canals Key Competencies
Expert diagnostic skills and sound clinical judgment
Precision, manual dexterity and attention to detail
Compassionate, patient-centered care and clear communication
Strict adherence to infection control and safety standards
Strong teamwork, leadership and collaboration
Adaptability and composure in a fast-paced environment
