Desktop & End-User Support:
Set up, configure, and repair desktop computers, laptops, printers, and office software.
Resolve hardware and network connectivity issues for employees.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions
Network Administration & Cabling:
Install, configure, and maintain local networks (LAN/WAN), switches, routers, andpatch panels.
Run and terminate structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6) and configure IP addressing, subnets, DHCP, DNS, andremote access/port
