Responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive card issuing growth and customer acquisition. Leads the identification, negotiation, onboarding, and performance management of partners, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved while maintaining compliance with regulatory and operational requirements. Works closely with product, sales, operations, and risk teams to deliver innovative card solutions, strengthen partner relationships, and maximize portfolio profitability
