We are seeking a
Direct Sales Representative
to join our high-performing team at Platinum Credit Limited. This position involves actively engaging with potential clients in the field, promoting our financial solutions, and requires working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Missions:
Conduct daily field prospecting activities targeting SME owners, merchants, and vehicle owners to generate new sales opportunities.
Pre-screen client vehicles (models 2007-2016) to assess document readiness and perform initial valuation assessments.
Achieve a strict daily operational target of 10 face-to-face pitches, following the 10-3-1 Rule to optimize outreach and conversion rates.
Engage with business owners and traders to present tailored financial solutions and build long-term relationships.
Participate in daily morning briefings, receive hands-on field coaching, and collaborate with team leaders to improve sales techniques and strategies.
