Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing: Conduct field visits, community outreach, school visits, and promotional activities to create awareness of MedPrime Training College and its courses.
Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective students through field activations, referrals, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and community networks.
Student Recruitment: Promote the college\'s courses, explain admission requirements, and actively support the achievement of assigned student enrolment targets.
Follow-up and Conversion: Follow up with prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and physical visits to convert leads into confirmed enrolments.
Partnership Development: Establish and maintain professional relationships with schools, organisations healthcare facilities, community leaders, and other potential recruitment partners, subject to institutional guidelines.
Market Research: Identify new recruitment opportunities, assess competitors\' activities, gather market feedback, and recommend effective field marketing strategies.
Reporting and Accountability: Submit daily reports on field activities, leads generated, follow-ups, applications, and enrolments while maintaining accurate records.
Professionalism and Compliance: Represent the institution professionally, provide accurate course information, protect prospective students\' personal data, and comply with approved marketing procedures and assigned targets.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Communication, or another related field.
Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct fieldwork, engage diverse audiences, and work towards measurable targets.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using smartphones, email, and WhatsApp for business communication.
Previous experience in field sales, external marketing, student recruitment, or business development will be an added advantage.
Self-driven, organised, results-oriented, and willing to travel within assigned locations.
Minimum qualifications
BA/BSc/HND , Diploma
