Manage vehicle replacement and disposal programs.
Driver Management
Supervise and evaluate drivers and transport personnel.

Coordinate driver training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Monitor driver behavior and promote safe driving practices.
Fuel and Cost Control
Monitor fuel consumption and implement fuel efficiency measures.
