Previous retail or sales experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to upsell, cross-sell and support achievement of sales targets
Basic knowledge of POS systems
Exposure to merchandising and display management
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shifts
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing or a related field
