Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage showroom visitors, understand their project requirements and budgets, and recommend suitable tile and sanitary ware solutions.

Provide expert advice on tile sizes, finishes, layouts, quantities, and product applications to help clients make informed purchasing decisions.

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with contractors, architects, interior designers, hardware retailers, and property developers.

Prepare quotations, follow up on outstanding proposals, negotiate sales, and close deals.

Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial enquiry through order processing and delivery.

Maintain attractive showroom displays that showcase new products and best-selling collections.

Accurately process sales transactions and maintain up-to-date customer, quotation, and sales records in the CRM system.

Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging interior design trends.

Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to overall showroom performance.

Qualifications, Experience & Competencies

Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years' sales experience, preferably in tiles, building materials, home finishes, furniture, sanitary ware, or premium retail.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert leads into successful sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Professional appearance with the confidence to engage high-value clients.

Strong networking and business development skills.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by sales performance and commissions.

Good organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Computer literacy is essential; experience using a CRM system will be an added advantage.
