WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on barista experience.
Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista.
Strong knowledge of espresso, beverage preparation & latte art.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
Knowledge of coffee equipment, quality control, and hygiene standards.
Able to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
