Lesaka Merchant Division (Hospitality) is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Growth Team in Nairobi, Kenya.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of exceptional customer experience in hospitality environments and is passionate about helping businesses operate efficiently, serve customers better, and grow through smart payment solutions.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Business Growth

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Identify and grow opportunities within restaurants, cafes, and hospitality venues

Build trusted relationships with business owners and decision-makers

Ensure Lesaka solutions are visible, accessible, and adding value

Client Engagement & Solutions

Understand each client’s operational needs and service challenges

Recommend tailored payment and POS solutions to improve efficiency and customer experience

Deliver engaging and professional product demonstrations

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing client satisfaction

Product & Technical Support

Install and configure devices to meet client requirements

Provide basic troubleshooting and hands-on support

Empower clients with the knowledge to use systems confidently

Continuously build product knowledge to support upselling and cross-selling

Sales Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate pipelines and CRM updates

Provide reliable forecasts and performance insights

Process contracts efficiently and accurately

Proactively highlight opportunities and address challenges

What You’ll Bring

Proven sales experience in fintech, hospitality tech, or product-driven environments

Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Ability to install and support devices (POS or similar systems)

Strong business acumen with a customer-first mindset

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools

Strong consultative sales and problem-solving ability

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Nairobi and surrounding areas

Own reliable vehicle
