We are looking for a

HR Manager(Security Firm).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive HR roadmap aligned with business goals, including workforce planning, culture, and DEI initiatives.

Design and manage the annual performance management cycle using OKRs/KPIs, including goal setting, calibration, and continuous feedback.

Lead talent reviews to manage succession planning and maintain bench strength.

Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and contract management.

Create and execute learning and development plans, and coach leaders on people management to build organizational capability.

Drive a positive company culture through engagement surveys, values activation, and recognition programs.

Administer and optimize compensation and benefits, including market benchmarking, payroll validation, and benefits administration.

Manage employee relations and well-being, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and wellness programs.

Develop and review HR policies and ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.

Implement and optimize HRIS systems to improve efficiency and generate actionable analytics.

Advise executives and line managers on people-related decisions and liaise with external stakeholders such as regulators and legal counsel.
