Role Description
The Independent Distributor role at YENIQUE PRIX ENTERPRISE is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The Independent Distributor is responsible for promoting and selling YPE products and services across the company’s brands, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers in person and via phone, explaining product features and pricing, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to maintain adequate stock levels. The role also involves identifying new sales opportunities, supporting promotional campaigns, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. Independent Distributors are expected to maintain accurate sales records, uphold YPE’s service standards, and represent the company’s values in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Basic knowledge of retail operations, order processing, and inventory coordination.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic digital tools (smartphone apps, messaging platforms, and simple record-keeping software).
Prior experience in distribution, retail, or field sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
Minimum of secondary education; additional training in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
