Primary Duties
: Sourcing clients, field marketing, and guiding applicants through loan processing for logbook, asset, and civil servant loans.
Key Requirements
: Minimum KCSE certificate; strong communication, self-motivation, and basic sales or finance background (training provided).
Payout Structure
: Earn a flat
4.5% commission
triggered automatically upon loan approval and cash disbursement.
Earning Potential
: No limits on client onboarding; earning examples include KES 4,500 on a KES 100k loan, KES 22,500 on a KES 500k loan, and KES 45,000 on a KES 1M loan
