What You\’ll Do
Sell HR Outsourcing services to small and medium businesses.
Generate leads through multiple channels – calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Handle client outreach and follow-up targets.
Work closely with leadership – no micromanagement
What We Need
2-3 years of experience selling business services (HR Outsourcing experience is a plus).
A good understanding of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, employee lifecycle).
Lead generation & client outreach experience – proven ability to find and engage prospects.
Great communication skills – written & verbal.
Business development mindset – you hunt, nurture, and close.
Can-do attitude – Self-starter who doesn\’t need supervision.
Comfortable with targets – you see them as goals, not pressure.
Education
Diploma or Bachelor\’s in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field – but experience selling business services matters more.
