The ideal candidate should bring:
A Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy or a related field
2+ years of active irrigation or farm supervisory experience
Direct experience with fine beans and tenderstems
Experience supervising field teams
Practical knowledge of drip and overhead irrigation systems
Basic irrigation/plumbing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills
Familiarity with GlobalGAP compliance, safe water use and agricultural safety standards
