Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
IT Executive
to support and maintain Odoo ERP in a manufacturing environment while also managing IT networks, systems, and basic cybersecurity operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP support, troubleshooting, user training, and coordination with vendors/developers, along with practical knowledge of networking and IT security best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support for Odoo ERP users across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales, and finance functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo ERP functional and basic technical issues.
Coordinate with ERP consultants and developers for bug fixes, customizations, and upgrades.
Train users and assist departments in improving ERP usage and process compliance.
Monitor ERP performance, backups, and data integrity.
Support IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs with third-party IT support vendors
Manage user accounts, permissions, printers, email systems, and endpoint devices.
Implement and maintain basic IT security measures including antivirus, endpoint security, password policies, and backup procedures.
Monitor network performance and respond to system or connectivity issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to users.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, software, internet, and security solutions.
