About the role
As Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting our finance and sales teams with day-to-day accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as account reconciliations, posting journal entries for revenues and expenses, processing invoices, and providing ad hoc financial reporting support.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Manage the dunning process, including sending payment reminders and following up on outstanding receivables.
Process travel and expense reports in line with company policies.
Support monthly and annual financial closings and prepare relevant reports.
Act as the point of contact for colleagues, customers, and suppliers on financial matters, collaborating closely with the team.
Record and post revenues, expenses, and journal entries accurately and on time.
Maintain and organize financial documentation in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Contribute to process improvements within the finance department
Perform any other relevant accounting duties as may be assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in a tech industry is a plus).
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Solid understanding of fiscal obligations, filings, and remittance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems such as Odoo is an advantage.
Meticulous attention to detail and a structured way of working..
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
