To support our national expansion and optimize our operations, we are scaling our Business Intelligence team and looking for 6 highly motivated Junior Data Analysts to help us turn raw data into actionable retail strategies.
The RoleAs a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our commercial, inventory, and branch operations teams. You will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and analyzing data from our nationwide Point-of-Sale (POS) and inventory systems. Your insights will directly influence how we stock our electronics, run promotional campaigns, and measure individual branch performance across the country.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Branch Performance:Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data across all national branches to identify top-performing product categories (e.g., TVs, refrigerators, mobile devices) and regional sales trends.
Inventory Optimization:Monitor stock levels and movement velocity to assist the procurement team in preventing stockouts of fast-moving appliances and reducing overstock of slow-moving inventory.
Data Cleaning & Management:Extract, clean, and organize raw operational data from retail POS systems and ERP software to ensure reporting accuracy.
Dashboarding & Reporting:Assist in designing, building, and maintaining automated visual dashboards (using Power BI or Tableau) for branch managers and executive leadership.
