Responsibilities:*
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production operations.
Ensure production processes are carried out in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
*Requirements:*
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience in the production of
glue and adhesives will be an added advantage
.
Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety standards.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
