The Lifestyle Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised concierge and lifestyle management services to members. As the primary relationship owner, the role ensures every interaction reflects their premium standards while building long-term member loyalty, satisfaction and advocacy.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of members, coordinate a wide range of lifestyle requests and work with premium supplier partners to ensure services are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard.
