Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership in the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of allied health and outpatient clinical services.
Oversee the operational performance of clinics, ensuring efficient service delivery, optimal resource utilization, and achievement of key performance indicators.
Lead quality assurance and patient safety initiatives to promote excellence in clinical care and enhance patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and clinical best practices.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and support teams to improve workflows, strengthen service delivery, and enhance patient outcomes.
Oversee Health Information Management Services (HIMS), including medical coding and central filing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Monitor inventory management in collaboration with relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted availability of clinical supplies and equipment.
Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teams through effective recruitment, performance management, mentoring, and continuous professional development.
Utilize data and performance metrics to evaluate service delivery, identify improvement opportunities, and support informed decision-making.
Support departmental budgeting, cost optimization initiatives, and efficient utilization of resources.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Radiology, or another allied health discipline, or a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field with relevant experience in allied health services.
A master’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of eight (8) years' experience in healthcare management, including at least three (3) years in a leadership role.
