Key Responsibilities
Promote the company's products and services to prospective customers.
Engage with customers, respond to enquiries, and provide relevant information.
Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach activities.
Identify potential customers and help generate new business leads.
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Gather customer feedback and share market insights with management.
Assist with other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Senior High School (SHS) certificate or A-Level qualification.
Must reside in or around Tema.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, proactive, and customer-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Previous marketing or sales experience is an advantage, but not required.
Fluency in Twi, Ga, and Ewe is an added advantage.
