Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for student recruitment, University programmes, events and services. Manage social media platforms, digital advertising and University website content.
Create and coordinate marketing content, including posters, videos, brochures, social media posts and promotional materials.
Promote University facilities, including conference rooms, accommodation, grounds and event spaces.
Generate and follow up leads from prospective students, corporate organisations, NGOs, churches, government and community groups.
Support the promotion and marketing of conferences, meetings, weddings, accommodation and other University events.
Coordinate with the relevant teams to ensure effective promotion and smooth marketing support for events and activities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and other stakeholders to increase visibility, enquiries and business opportunities.
Represent the University at exhibitions, conferences, church networks, school visits and other promotional activities. Monitor marketing campaigns, social media engagement, leads and revenue-related marketing activities.
Prepare simple marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
Ensure consistent University branding and professional communication across all marketing platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Digital Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years’ experience in marketing, business development, sales, events or a related field.
Experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
Good communication, networking, customer service and organisational skills. Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
