What You'll Do
Planning, executing, and tracking campaigns across digital and on-ground channels, from briefing creatives to scheduling, posting, and performance reporting
Writing copy and coordinating visuals for social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and sales materials
Planning and executing field activations, product demos, trade shows, and community events
Tracking campaign metrics and sharing market insights that shape strategy
Conducting competitor research and analysis and maintaining a regular reporting cadence
Tracking marketing spend across channels against awareness and sales conversion outcomes to maximise ROI
Managing records of marketing POSMs and branded merchandise
Collaborating with the sales team on lead generation and supporting partner marketing efforts
Expertise
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
2–3 years of relevant marketing experience
Fluency in digital marketing tools - Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar
Strong written English; Swahili is a bonus
Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable taking initiative
Genuine curiosity about mobility, fintech, or clean energy in Africa
