About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing coverage needs, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, caregivers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage caregiver and client schedules.
Handle schedule changes, cancellations, call-outs, and urgent coverage needs.
Communicate scheduling updates and changes in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records within scheduling systems.
Monitor schedule coverage and proactively resolve conflicts or gaps.
Support operational efficiency through effective schedule management.
Required Qualifications
Previous experience scheduling medical appointments, healthcare services, homecare services, or caregiver schedules.
Experience working in healthcare, homecare, or similar care-based scheduling environments.
Advanced English proficiency (C1).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using WellSky or similar scheduling/workforce management systems.
Experience managing high-volume scheduling operations.
